Apex Architecture & Design Ltd is an architectural design company based in Tarporley, Cheshire.  We specialise in the residential sector and take on design projects for private homeowner clients looking to extend, refurbish and re-model their homes as well as working with housing developers on new housing developments and refurbishments.

 

The company's managing architect is Martin Holland, a qualified Architect since 2006 with over 15 years’ experience of working on high quality residential projects nationally

 

History of Design Collaboration

Martin previously worked in private architectural practice in Birmingham, working for a variety of private residential clients and small-medium size housing developers on luxury housing developments throughout the Midlands, Cotswolds and South-East before relocating to Cheshire in 2009.

 

Martin began working in collaboration with the group on their new housing developments in 2014 as an Architectural consultant.  Martin supported the group through its early new developments, introducing and co-ordinating a team of reliable experienced design consultants at planning and pre-construction stage to help simplify the transition from design through to construction and maximise efficiencies during the process.

 

The partnership has continued to grow and in 2018 the decision was made to establish an in-house architectural design company managed by Martin - Apex Architecture & Design Ltd.  The company is always open to evolve and meet the continually shifting demands of a diverse variety of clients and their projects.
